앱을 처음 설치하면 30크레딧이 무료로 지급됩니다. 이후에는 충전소에서 짧은 광고를 시청해 크레딧을 추가로 얻을 수 있습니다. 10크레딧 = 재생 1시간입니다.
크레딧이 사라졌어요 / 초기화됐어요.
크레딧은 기기 안에만 저장되기 때문에, 앱을 삭제 후 재설치하면 잔액이 초기화될 수 있습니다. 기기를 변경하는 경우도 마찬가지입니다.
아기 옆에서 사용해도 안전한가요?
'수면' 모드에는 볼륨 제한 등 안전 관련 기능이 포함되어 있지만, 이는 소프트웨어적인 제한일 뿐 안전을 보장하지 않습니다. 앱 내 안내(기기를 아기 침대에서 2m 이상 거리를 두는 것 등)를 따르고, 항상 성인의 직접적인 관찰 하에 사용해 주세요.
소리가 재생되다가 끊겨요.
기기의 절전 기능이 백그라운드 재생을 방해하는 경우가 있습니다. 설정에서 배터리 최적화 예외를 허용해 주시면 도움이 됩니다. 문제가 계속되면 이메일로 알려주세요.

You receive 30 free credits when you first install the app. After that, you can earn more by watching short ads in the Credit Store. 10 credits = 1 hour of playback.
My credits disappeared / reset.
Credits are stored only on your device, so uninstalling and reinstalling the app (or switching devices) may reset your balance.
Is it safe to use around a baby?
"Sleep" mode includes volume limits and other safety-related features, but these are software-based limits only and do not guarantee safety. Please follow the in-app guidance (such as keeping the device at least 2 meters from the crib) and always use the app under direct adult supervision.
Playback keeps cutting out.
Some devices' battery-saving features can interrupt background playback. Allowing a battery optimization exception in your device settings usually helps. If the issue continues, please email us.
