more.galene is a white-noise sound application designed to support sleep, focus, and relaxation. The service is provided by more.team ("the Company").
This app is intended for a general (adult) audience. Users under the age of 13 should only use the app with parental consent and supervision.
more.galene is provided as a wellness aid and is not a medical device. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition, and does not guarantee any specific outcome. If you experience persistent sleep-related difficulties, please consult a qualified healthcare professional.
The "Sleep" mode includes volume limits and other safety-related features intended for use around babies. These are software-based limits only and do not guarantee safety under any circumstances. Users must follow the in-app safety guidance (including keeping the device at least 2 meters from the crib) and use the app only under direct adult supervision. The Company is not liable for any incident or harm resulting from failure to follow this guidance.
Playback time within the app is managed through a credit system. Credits are a virtual currency usable only within the app, have no cash value, and are not redeemable, transferable, or refundable.
Credits are granted once upon installation and may be earned by watching rewarded ads. Previously earned credits will not be retroactively deducted, however your credit balance may be reset if you uninstall and reinstall the app. The Company may change how credits are granted, earned, or consumed at any time without prior notice.
more.galene currently has no in-app purchases. If a subscription or other paid feature is introduced in the future, it will be announced separately, and all payments will be processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play.
more.galene displays rewarded ads through Google AdMob. Ad content is provided by third-party advertisers, and the Company does not endorse or guarantee the content of individual advertisements.
All content, design, sounds, and code within more.galene are the intellectual property of the Company. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or modification is prohibited.
The Company may change or discontinue all or part of the service without prior notice. While we will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice where possible, no monetary compensation will be provided for any remaining credit balance, as credits are a free virtual item.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea.
These Terms may be updated from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page and take effect immediately upon posting.
