DanielJStudio(이하 “운영자”)는 GAME PLAYBOX 이용자의 개인정보를 존중합니다. 이 문서는 앱이 어떤 정보를 처리하고, 왜 사용하며, 이용자가 이를 어떻게 관리하거나 삭제할 수 있는지 설명합니다.
1. 처리하는 정보
GAME PLAYBOX는 Apple 계정을 연결하지 않고 익명으로 바로 플레이할 수 있습니다. 온라인 랭킹을 제공하기 위해 다음 정보가 처리될 수 있습니다.
- Firebase가 생성한 익명 계정 식별자
- 자동 생성되거나 이용자가 설정한 플레이어 표시 이름
- 기기 지역 설정에서 얻은 국가/지역 코드
- 선택한 대륙, 게임 종류, 최고 점수 및 기록 갱신 시각
- Apple 로그인을 선택한 경우 인증에 필요한 Apple/Firebase 계정 정보. 운영자는 Apple 계정 비밀번호를 받거나 저장하지 않습니다. Apple이 제공하는 이름 또는 이메일은 최초 인증 과정에서 Firebase Authentication이 처리할 수 있으며, 앱의 공개 랭킹에는 이메일이 표시되지 않습니다.
- 광고가 활성화된 경우 Google AdMob이 광고 제공, 빈도 제한, 부정 이용 방지, 측정 및 동의 관리를 위해 처리하는 기기·광고 식별자, IP 주소, 광고 상호작용, 진단 정보 및 동의 선택. iOS 광고 식별자(IDFA)는 이용자가 App Tracking Transparency에서 허용한 경우에만 사용할 수 있습니다.
음악/효과음 설정, 일부 게임 진행 정보와 로컬 최고 기록은 기기의 로컬 저장소에 저장될 수 있습니다.
2. 이용 목적
- 익명 계정 생성 및 Apple 계정 연결·복구
- 게임별·대륙별 랭킹 표시와 최고 기록 저장
- 이용자가 선택한 플레이어 이름 및 게임 설정 유지
- 광고 제공, 광고 동의 관리, 광고 성과 측정 및 부정 이용 방지
- 서비스 안정성, 보안 및 오류 대응
3. 외부 서비스 제공자
앱은 다음 외부 서비스를 사용합니다. 각 제공자는 자신의 약관과 개인정보처리방침에 따라 정보를 처리할 수 있습니다.
- Google Firebase Authentication 및 Cloud Firestore: 익명/Apple 인증, 계정 관리, 랭킹 저장 및 조회 — Firebase 개인정보 보호 및 보안

클라우드 서비스의 특성상 정보는 대한민국 외 국가를 포함하여 서비스 제공자가 시설을 운영하는 지역에서 처리될 수 있습니다.
4. 공개되는 정보
온라인 랭킹과 대륙 점령 지도에는 플레이어 표시 이름, 국기 형태의 국가/지역 코드, 선택 대륙, 게임 종류, 점수 및 순위가 다른 이용자에게 공개될 수 있습니다. 이메일과 Apple 계정 비밀번호는 공개되지 않습니다. 표시 이름에는 실명이나 연락처 등 개인정보를 입력하지 마십시오.
5. 보유 및 삭제
- 랭킹 및 계정 정보는 계정이 유지되는 동안 또는 서비스 제공에 필요한 기간 동안 보유됩니다.
- 앱의 OPTIONS → DELETE ACCOUNT & RANKING DATA에서 Firebase 계정과 연결된 공개 랭킹 데이터를 삭제할 수 있습니다. Apple 계정이 연결된 경우 안전한 삭제를 위해 Apple 재인증이 요청될 수 있습니다.
- 앱을 삭제하면 기기에만 저장된 음악/효과음 설정과 로컬 진행 정보가 삭제될 수 있습니다.
- 법률 준수, 보안, 사기 방지 또는 분쟁 해결을 위해 외부 서비스 제공자가 제한된 기록을 각자의 정책에 따라 일정 기간 보유할 수 있습니다.
- 앱 내 삭제 기능을 이용할 수 없는 경우 위 이메일로 삭제를 요청할 수 있습니다.
6. 이용자의 선택과 권리
- Apple 계정 연결은 선택 사항이며, 익명 상태로 게임을 이용할 수 있습니다.
- iOS 설정에서 추적 권한을 변경할 수 있습니다.
- 앱의 OPTIONS → AD PRIVACY OPTIONS에서 제공되는 광고 개인정보 선택을 다시 열 수 있습니다.
- 표시 이름은 앱 설정에서 변경할 수 있습니다.
- 자신의 정보 열람, 정정 또는 삭제에 관한 문의는 위 이메일로 보낼 수 있습니다.
7. 아동의 개인정보
운영자는 법정 동의 없이 아동의 개인정보를 고의로 수집하려 하지 않습니다. 보호자가 아동이 개인정보를 제공했다고 판단하는 경우 위 이메일로 알려주시면 확인 후 필요한 조치를 취하겠습니다.
8. 보안
운영자는 합리적인 기술적·관리적 보호조치를 사용합니다. 다만 인터넷이나 전자 저장 방식은 완전한 안전을 보장할 수 없습니다.
9. 방침 변경
기능, 법률 또는 외부 서비스가 변경되면 이 방침을 수정할 수 있습니다. 중요한 변경 사항은 이 페이지의 시행일을 갱신하고 필요한 경우 앱 또는 스토어 설명을 통해 알립니다.

DanielJStudio (the “Operator”) respects the privacy of people who use GAME PLAYBOX. This policy explains what information the app may process, why it is used, and how you can manage or delete it.
1. Information We Process
You can start playing GAME PLAYBOX anonymously without linking an Apple Account. To provide online rankings, the following information may be processed:
- An anonymous account identifier generated by Firebase
- An automatically generated or user-selected player display name
- A country/region code derived from the device’s regional setting
- Selected continent, game type, high scores, and record update time
- If you choose Sign in with Apple, Apple/Firebase account information needed for authentication. The Operator does not receive or store your Apple Account password. A name or email provided by Apple may be processed by Firebase Authentication during initial authentication, but email addresses are not shown on the public leaderboard.
- When advertising is enabled, Google AdMob may process device and advertising identifiers, IP address, ad interactions, diagnostics, and consent choices for ad delivery, frequency capping, fraud prevention, measurement, and consent management. The iOS advertising identifier (IDFA) can be used only when you grant permission through App Tracking Transparency.
Music and sound settings, some game progress, and local high scores may be stored locally on your device.
2. How We Use Information
- Create anonymous accounts and link or recover accounts with Apple
- Store and display rankings and high scores by game and continent
- Maintain your chosen display name and game settings
- Deliver ads, manage advertising consent, measure ad performance, and prevent abuse
- Maintain service stability and security and respond to errors
3. Service Providers
The app uses the following third-party services. Each provider may process information under its own terms and privacy policy.

Because these are cloud services, information may be processed in countries outside your country of residence, including locations where a service provider operates facilities.
4. Public Information
The online leaderboard and conquest map may display your player name, a flag based on country/region code, selected continent, game type, score, and rank to other users. Your email address and Apple Account password are not displayed. Do not include your real name, contact details, or other personal information in your display name.
5. Retention and Deletion
- Ranking and account information is retained while the account remains active or as needed to provide the service.
- Use OPTIONS → DELETE ACCOUNT & RANKING DATA to delete the Firebase account and associated public ranking data. If the account is linked to Apple, Apple reauthentication may be required for secure deletion.
- Deleting the app may remove music/sound preferences and progress stored only on the device.
- Service providers may retain limited records for legal compliance, security, fraud prevention, or dispute resolution under their own policies.
- If you cannot use the in-app deletion control, contact us at the email above.
6. Your Choices and Rights
- Linking an Apple Account is optional; you may continue using the game anonymously.
- You may change tracking permission in iOS Settings.
- You may reopen available advertising privacy choices at OPTIONS → AD PRIVACY OPTIONS.
- You may change your player display name in the app settings.
- You may contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of your information.
7. Children’s Privacy
We do not knowingly seek to collect children’s personal information without legally required consent. If a parent or guardian believes that a child has provided personal information, please contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action.
8. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards. However, no internet transmission or electronic storage method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy when our features, laws, or service providers change. We will update the effective date on this page and provide additional notice in the app or store listing when appropriate.
